Mastering the Art of Tapering before Presentations.

Last week, I prepared for a significant presentation. I gathered top-notch information and visuals rehearsed over and over. Despite immersing myself in the project, I experienced a drop in energy before showtime, a phenomenon athletes call “bonking”.

In the weight room, I follow a 12-week intense training cycle culminating in a lighter final week. This tapering is crucial. It preserves energy and ensures peak performance for my strength test.
